3. Non-Refundable Situations

4. Subscription Refunds

For subscription-based services:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Refund available within 3 days of initial purchase
  • Annual subscriptions: Refund available within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Partial refunds may be provided for unused portions of annual subscriptions
  • Subscription renewals are non-refundable unless technical issues prevent service delivery
